Overview
Stella Spark is a 2-week, intensive online entrepreneurship program running across multiple cohort windows between October 5–30, 2026. During the program, students attend live sessions with their cohort for 3 hours a day, guided by instructors who are practicing founders, not career educators. Each cohort has between 10 and 50 students, giving every participant real face time with instructors and mentors rather than getting lost in a lecture hall. The core elements of Stella Spark include: 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫-𝐋𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐮𝐦: Stella's methodology takes students through four stages: Discover (finding a problem worth solving), Validate (testing it with real customers), Build (turning it into a prototype), and Go-to-Market (getting it in front of real users). Every session is taught by instructors who have built and scaled their own ventures, not adapted from a business school syllabus. 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Students don't just learn frameworks, they use them under pressure. In the Customer Discovery Simulation, students run market research and interviews to shape a value proposition. In the Negotiation Simulation, they're paired as buyer and seller in a mock startup acquisition and learn to navigate BATNA, ZOPA, and real bargaining dynamics. 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 & 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠: Students get 1-2 mentor calls per week with entrepreneurs and professionals from companies like Google, Amazon, and Meta, and universities including Harvard, INSEAD, and Wharton. Daily office hours and team coaching sessions with instructors keep every team on track and unstuck. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲: Stella brings together a genuinely global cohort, students from Europe, East Asia, Central Asia, and the Middle East, who build, iterate, and problem-solve together. Community meetups and team-based projects turn the cohort into a peer network that extends well past the two weeks. 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥-𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Students leave with skills they can't get from a classroom: pitching under pressure, running customer interviews, negotiating a deal, prioritizing under a deadline, and presenting to people who've actually built companies. 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐨 𝐃𝐚𝐲: The program culminates in Demo Day, where every team pitches their venture live to a panel of real founders and investors, followed by Q&A, then walks away with a graduation certificate. By the end of Stella Spark, students don't just understand entrepreneurship, they've practiced it: built something real, pitched it to people who've done it themselves, and proven to themselves they can go from idea to execution.
